Parliament party-Bashir refuses to negotiate with the SPLM North - and prevents humanitarian agencies from reaching states

KHARTOUM (Reuters) -
Sudan's parliament announced on Monday, refusing to invite the United Nations to negotiate with the Popular Movement for the Liberation of Sudan located in the north, especially in the states of Blue Nile and South Kordofan.
